North West call Wembley a Second Home

Bolton Wanderers were one step from an FA Cup Final in 2011 whilst Everton have been there in both 2009 and 2012 but came away with nothing. Every year we take a group of football fans down to London for what always promises to be fantastic footballing day. The North West is very lucky to have many teams fighting it out for football trophies at the end of the season. Last year was Liverpool’s turn whilst Manchester United, Manchester City have both made it a second home in recent years.

And it’s not only the FA Cup Final, but also the League Cup Final played at Wembley each year. Liverpool are the record winners of the tournament so always promise to be amongst the favourites, whilst Manchester United won back to back titles in 2009 and 2010.

Then there’s the England games, the Play Off Finals and the FA Trophy to saviour. Rugby League, American Football and plenty of concerts and gigs that Wembley Stadium hosts.
